Deleting an account is permanent. It removes the Celestial Mandate cloud profile and associated server-side game data. It does not delete your Apple Game Center or Google Play Games account.
Delete inside the app
- Open Celestial Mandate.
- Open Settings.
- Under Account & Cloud Save, choose Delete Account & Cloud Data.
- Review the consequences and choose Delete Permanently.
The signed-in app sends an authenticated deletion request. When the app confirms completion, the cloud profile and associated server data have been deleted.
Request help without the app
If you cannot access the in-app action, email the Celestial Mandate support team. Use the subject “Celestial Mandate account deletion request” and include the platform you used, whether you linked Game Center or Google Play Games, and any other information you have that can help us locate and verify the correct profile. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or authentication codes.

You can also use the contact route at getcto.asia/contact. Support will verify the request before deleting a profile and will confirm the result using the contact channel you provided.
Data that is deleted
- the Firebase Authentication profile used by Celestial Mandate;
- the server-side player profile and recovery links;
- trusted progression, Copper balance, inventory, and campaign records;
- Daily rewards, run tickets, advertising-reward claims, and purchase records associated with that profile; and
- server-side practice mirrors and economy-ledger entries associated with that profile.
Data that is not deleted by this action
- Your Apple Game Center or Google Play Games account, which is managed by Apple or Google.
- Device-local practice progress, checkpoints, and comfort preferences. Uninstall the game or clear its app storage to remove those from the device.
- Aggregate or technical Firebase Analytics events that are not keyed to your Celestial Mandate account ID and remain subject to Google Firebase retention controls.
- Records that must be retained for applicable law, transaction obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Any such retained record is not used to restore deleted game progression.
